Four steps, one aim: ease the pain at its source.
“However long-standing the pain, and whatever its cause, the aim is to ease it at the point where it begins.”
Every visit begins by reading the naadi — the pulse. This is how the practitioner locates the varmam, the vital points along the body's nerve pathways where movement and energy have become blocked.
In the Varma tradition, pain often takes hold when a vital point is injured or disturbed, restricting the body's natural movement. Easing that point is what brings the relief.
A medicated oil, prepared from herbs, is worked by hand into the affected points. The touch is deliberate and precise — directed only at the areas identified through the pulse.
Nothing is prescribed to be taken by mouth. The therapy is external throughout, which makes it gentle enough for elderly patients and those already on other medication.
Drug-free Varma therapy for pain.
Treatment here is entirely external — there are no tablets to swallow, no internal medicine and no surgery. Only the careful, hands-on Varma method, refined over generations.

Traditional Siddha Varma therapy for nerve, joint and spine pain. This is a traditional healing practice; please speak with the centre about your specific condition and continue any care advised by your doctor.
